Professor.E offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain limited-run seasonal pieces or items marked as final sale may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all signature Professor.E labels and hardware protectors are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our studio will inspect the garment's condition; approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
